Our 3-year warranty policy

Our warranties cover exclusively manufacturing defects of the products. In the event of a proven defect, we commit to repairing or replacing your product.

If you believe you have encountered a defect covered by our warranty, please contact our team via our contact form to submit your request.

LUGGAGE

All our luggage comes with a 3-year limited warranty covering:

• Wheels, zippers, handles, and nylon compression straps
• Specific cracks or breaks in the polycarbonate shell or aluminum protectors

The warranty does not cover:

• Defects related to misuse
• Second-hand purchases or purchases without direct proof of purchase from Sac Cabine
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, marks) or normal wear and tear that does not affect the use or functionality of the product.

SOFT BAGS AND ACCESSORIES*

Our soft bags and accessories (bags, organizers, pouches) benefit from a 3-year limited warranty against any manufacturing defects. During this period, we will repair or replace your product free of charge.

The 3-year warranty does not cover:

• Defects caused by incorrect use
• Second-hand purchases or purchases without direct proof of purchase from Sac Cabine
• Cosmetic damage and normal wear and tear without impact on the use or functionality of the product.

*This warranty does not cover small leather goods.

SMALL LEATHER GOODS

Our small leather goods are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. During this period, we will repair or replace your item at no cost.

The 3-year warranty excludes:

• Defects caused by misuse
• Second-hand purchases or purchases without direct proof of purchase from Sac Cabine
• Cosmetic damage and normal wear and tear without impact on the use or functionality of the product.

POWER BANK

The power bank integrated into our carry-on luggage benefits from a 3-year warranty.

Important information:

• Proof of purchase (Sac Cabine order number) is required to process your request.
• Cosmetic damage and normal wear and tear are not covered.
• If you now reside outside the region of purchase, Sac Cabine does not cover shipping costs or any customs fees or taxes imposed by the carrier.
• Proposed solutions may vary depending on your location, product availability, and your specific situation.
